DELIVERING FINANCIAL ADVICE WITH PASSION & INTEGRITY
CLIENT BILL OF RIGHTS
Clients have the right to…
A professional, transparent relationship with a proactive advisor that acts as their advocate on a full-time basis.
Expect that their advisor is acting in their best interests at all times. We actually have to meet a higher Fiduciary standard to do just that.
Expect the fee for services to be fair, reasonable, and transparent.
Choose how much or how little involvement they would like to have in the day to day management of their portfolios.
Expect a “plain English” explanation of financial matters that avoid industry jargon. They also have the right to expect their advisor to take the time to provide this education.
Expect their advisor is staying abreast of current tax law and financial planning techniques.
Expect their advisor to use inevitable down markets to save them money on taxes.
Expect a high degree of sophisticated research is being placed behind all recommendations.
Expect that their advisor is vetting any insurance product purchase through multiple carriers to find the very best solution.
Expect strict confidentiality and enhanced data security.
Expect their advisor to value them beyond their profit potential.
A direct decision-making relationship with their advisor with no corporate agenda intervention.
An open-architecture menu of investment solutions from which to choose. This should be free from any conflicts of interest like the pay structure of the product.
